The devastating effects of COVID-19 have made it even more difficult for many Houston-area residents to fully recover from Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Soon after the storm, the State of Qatar established the $30 million Qatar Harvey Fund to support the long-term recovery of southeast Texas. This new video has been released which highlights some of the roughly 20 organizations that received funding and are doing amazing recovery work.
