The Consulate General of the state of Qatar held a reception celebrating Qatar National Day . The event was attended by T.H. Rodeny Ellis, Commissioner of Precinct (1) of Harris County & OFM Regional Director T.H. Katherine Ho, along with a number of government officials of the State of Texas & head of posts of Arab & foreign missions and a number of VIPs and Qatari Nationals in the city .
