Wednesday, July 29, 2020, Consul General of the State of Qatar in Houston T.H. Rashid Al Dehaimi and President of University of Houston- Clear Lake Dr. Ira Blake signed a Memorandum of Understanding between UHCL’s Diplomacy Institute and the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar. This partnership will establish and develop cooperation between the two entities through the exchange of programs, information, and activities in the area of diplomatic capacity-building and related fields.
